• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
• Process your 3D models and generate optimised print strategies

3. Uploaded Models and Print Data

Files you upload (STL, OBJ, G-code) are processed to provide the services you request and are not shared with third parties. We may use anonymised, aggregated print metrics (e.g., layer counts, travel distances, material types) to train and improve our reinforcement learning models. We will not use identifiable files from your account for this purpose without your consent.

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — infrastructure and hosting providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded files are retained for the duration of your access period. You may request deletion at any time.

Usage logs and anonymised analytics may be retained for longer periods to support Platform improvement.
